Vanshades Product Returns, Refund & Exchanges Procedure

Be sure to include your ORDER NUMBER and Returns Number before it is shipped back to Vanshades Ltd.
Prepare your return shipment

Be sure to safely ship your package back to Vanshades Ltd with ample packaging.

Ship your return

Take the package that you are returning to a shipping carrier of choice.
We recommend keeping the tracking number in order to track your return.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used on the order or to a credit, respective to type of return that is made as well as any pre-existing arrangements with with a Vanshades Ltd Representative.

In the event that multiple forms of payment were used, we will refund the value to an in-store credit in the form of a Gift Card.

We do not accept returns for any Special Order products, these are non-returnable products.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Vanshades Ltd will not accept COD deliveries.

All in-store credits balances will expire after 1 year from the original purchase date.

Any un-authorised returns may be subject to a 25% handling fee and re-stocking charge.

For your protection we advise you to obtain Proof of Postage, Vanshades Ltd shall not be held responsible for items lost or damaged whilst in transit.

Products must be returned in the original condition they were sent out, damage products due to customer’s negligence would not be accepted for a refund or an exchange.

All return requests will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of the products being returned to store. All returns have to be inspected and verified by the allocated Returns Manager.

Vanshades Ltd will accept returns for unused products that are normally stocked (not Special bespoke Orders) within 1 year from the time that the order was shipped.

If a product is returned within 90 days of the original ship date you are eligible for a refund to the original payment method used for standard stocked items.

Any returns made within the remaining return policy time frame will qualify for a Vanshade Ltd store credit refund only.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees.

All new and un-fitted products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including labels, instructions, hardware, etc…Products returns without these will be charged up to 40% of the value of the item, products return damaged will be charged the cost of the item and refunded the difference excluding any shipping costs.

A restocking fee of £5.00 may be applied to any returned products after 90 days.

If free postage was issued on your original order the cost of the actual postage will be deducted from your refund at the current rate.

Fitment Issue Returns

If you wish to return a product that does not fit your vehicle and you feel that there is an error in our listing, Please email info@vanshades.co.uk for a returns form. complete the returns form with your contact telephone number email address and returns number allocated at the same time as the form.

We will investigate the cause of the fitment problem and will make any corrections that are needed.

In the event that we have found an error on our website or on behalf of a Vanshades Ltd representative we will arrange a collection of goods or a refund of return postage costs.

All products must be new, unused and must be in the original packaging, including instructions, hardware, etc…

Products returns without these will be charged up to 40% of the value of the item, products return damaged will be charged the cost of the item.

Replacement orders will be shipped only to the address used on the original order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for checking the product application prior to ordering any product(s) to verify that the products you have selected are appropriate for your vehicle,

Warranty Exchanges

Warranty Returns Terms and Conditions

Vanshades Ltd offers a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturer defects unless otherwise stated.

This warranty is void if we find that the product is used or installed against the manufacturers suggested use or if the product has been modified in any way.

As part of Vanshades warrenty procedure we require paperwork with a description of the problem or defect in order to be submitted for warranty review.

All products must be returned in the original packaging, including labeling, instructions, hardware etc…

Warranties are non-transferable, and only apply to the original purchaser of the product(s).

Vanshades Ltd will only replace or repair warranty items at our discretion.

Refunds are not provided for any warranty transaction.

All products returned for warranty inspection are subject to testing within Vanshades Ltd and in some cases may require that the products are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and testing.

We do not guarantee that any products will be warrantied until the process is complete.

In some cases warranties will be denied and Vanshades Ltd must return the product(s) at the expense of the customer.

Vanshades Ltd Ltd is not responsible for any damaged that may have occurred by using the products that we sell.
Vanshades Ltd does not pay for consequential, incidental and contingent damages or cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to products sold by Vanshaes Ltd including labor or product coverage.

Vanshades Ltd will only replace the defective product that was originally purchased from Vanshades Ltd, once we have verified that this part is faulty and we have confirmed that the part is within its warranty period.

Products that may have been damaged or lost as a result of a faulty product will not  be replaced by Vanshades Ltd under any circumstances.

This includes fees for international shipments.

Vanshades Ltd will only ship replacement products to the original address that the address the items were shipped to.

– If you have moved you will be required to provide two forms of identity in the form of a Bank Statement and a Photo card Driving License and also a Landline telephone number for this address.

Until the product has been confirmed as faulty the and eligible for warranty the shipping costs remain the customers responsibility and will be refunded at our current rate of shipping on the day of dispatch of the replacement product.

Vanshades Ltd may arrange a collection with a courier of goods where possible which remains the customer responsibility until products are deemed faulty and within warranty period.

If the product(s) are not deemed as faulty the item will be returned to the customer and all shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
