We’ve had our eye on a fresh new website for a while and (drumroll, please…) we’re so pleased to finally be able to unveil the new design! A new design wasn’t the only thing we had in mind, however; we also wanted to give our customers a more positive experience when using our site. Now we’ve
reached our goal, we couldn’t be more pleased to share the end result with you.
So, what’s new?
Of course, we love our new design – it shows exactly who we are with a modern, creative feel. However, there’s one specific tool that we’re really excited about – our new Online Customiser! Here’s how it works…
Our Online Customiser Tool enables you to really personalise the VanShades products you want, and preview them before you commit to a purchase. We made this as interactive and as fun as possible to enhance user-friendliness and to make it easier for you to find the right products for your van.
- The customiser will firstly ask you a few questions about your van which will enable us to find the right products for you.
- Then, we’ll present you with a list of products compatible with your van, with the option to make some personalisations. Everything from the colour, to your preferred material is customisable!
- On the right hand side of this page, you’ll be able to see exactly what your finished product will look like thanks to real-time personalisation. Every time you change a component from the drop down menus, your mockup product will reflect this.
- You’ll then get the option to add your newly customised product into your basket! We want to make sure that every customer has a smooth experience when choosing our products, and the new Online Customiser Tool brings our vision to life. If you haven’t tried it yet, take it out for a spin and let us know what you think of it when you do!
What else has changed?
We’ve made it easier than ever to navigate around the website to find exactly what you need, and you’ll find it looks much fresher and simpler than before. We’ve included a Gallery and Videos section for you to see what all of our products look like on a van before you make a purchase, and all our available products can now be found under the ‘Find Your Products’ tab. Like with our Online Customiser, you’ll be able to answer some questions about the van you own, which will enable us to show you all the right
products for you, without the need to scan through pages and pages of products.
