I've had my binds filled over 4 years with no faults.Contacted customer service requesting a new blind handle as one was damaged by Bertie the dog chewing it only cosmetic damage.Eve very quickly responded sending a new handle out next day at no cost.Great Customer Service and support well done to all at Vanshades.

We recieved our order last week and my fella fitted them easily in less than an hour at the weekend. We are over the moon with the product and finish. These blinds are high quality and fit perfectly into our two side windows. We were missing one screw cap, but a quick email to the team and they are sending us some straight out. Probably one of the best products ive added to my conversion. The window pods fit my van perfectly and the blackout bind and bug net function so well. I've had them in the van a while now and wanted to leave some time before reviewing so I could fully test them. The pod provides an all in one module that houses the blind system in its own recess/pod so they are neatly contained and finish the van a treat! I have to say they are well worth the money and for my next and larger conversion I'll be making sure the windows I put in allow Vanshades products.I spoke to the owner on the phone before buying who was really helpful and then when fitting I talked to an engineer who emailed me videos to show me how to carpet them properly (you can opt for a carpeting service when purchasing but I wanted to have a go). If you're thinking of buying, just go for it, you won't be disappointed! Big up the Vanshades people and their products 👍🏼🙂

Great service! I accidentally damaged one of the strings on my blinds, as I live near vanshades they asked me to call in, repaired the string for no cost. I also had also purchased the wrong shade for the sliding door, they changed that and fitted it for me! Excellent service, would recommend to anyone looking for Campervan blinds and shades.
