Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.vanshades.co.uk. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
Bespoke and made to order products are usually dispatched within 3 weeks, items outside of this timescale may be delayed due to elements beyond our control. Stock items (Those without options specified by the customer) are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
UK shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. We use next day delivery courier services, however, occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control, short delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Damages
In the unlikely event that you received your order damaged, please contact us at info@vanshadesco.uk within 24 hours or receipt of the damaged goods. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as we or our shipping company may wish to see these to determine how the damage occurred. We will either collect and replace damaged goods, or we may ask that the customer return them to us. We will refund the cost of this return and replace the goods. (A copy of the return receipt/bill must be presented to claim such costs back from the shipping company)
Goods Lost in Transit
In the unlikely event that goods are lost in transit, we will dispatch replacement goods and raise a claim with the courier.
International Shipping Policy
If you require shipping outside the UK, please contact us at info@vanshades.co.uk Our staff will provide you with a quote for shipping based on your location, weight and size.
Vanshades Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Should Customs return the goods to us due to unpaid taxes, we may charge the customer to re send the goods, or, if you cancel the order, charge a 25% restocking fee plus the carriage costs incurred will be charged.
